Giant Floor is excited to announce the arrival of GV199 Audrey Dawn Glue Down, a new addition to our popular Giant Floor luxury vinyl flooring collection!

We've taken the beautiful, timeless style of our original Audrey Dawn luxury vinyl plank flooring and introduced a glue-down version with an upgraded 20mil wear layer, specifically designed to provide greater protection in busy residential and commercial environments.

And the best part? We're keeping the price at just $1.99 per square foot. No price increase!

That's more durability, more installation flexibility, and the same incredible Giant Floor value.

Built Tougher for High-Traffic Commercial and Residential Spaces

Not every floor faces the same demands. While residential flooring needs to withstand everyday household activity, commercial spaces often experience significantly more foot traffic, rolling equipment, and constant use.

That's why we're introducing Audrey Dawn Glue Down with a thicker, more durable wear layer.

Our original Audrey Dawn Click-Lock Luxury Vinyl Flooring features a 12mil wear layer, making it an excellent choice for homes and everyday residential applications.

The new GV199 Audrey Dawn Glue Down takes that protection a step further with a 20mil wear layer — approximately 67% thicker than the original!

This makes it an attractive flooring option for high-traffic environments such as:

• Schools and Educational Facilities: Classrooms, administrative offices, corridors, and other heavily traveled spaces.
• Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities: Offices, waiting rooms, and other areas where applicable flooring requirements are met.
• Restaurants and Hospitality Businesses: Dining areas, reception spaces, and other busy customer-facing environments.
• Retail Stores and Showrooms: Flooring designed to withstand frequent customer traffic.
• Professional Offices: An attractive, low-maintenance flooring solution for busy workplaces.
• Residential Properties: Kitchens, living rooms, hallways, and rental properties that experience daily wear.

The thicker wear layer provides added protection against scratches, scuffs, and everyday surface wear, helping your flooring maintain its beautiful appearance.

Glue-Down vs. Click-Lock: What's the Difference?

One of the biggest advantages of introducing Audrey Dawn Glue Down is giving customers the freedom to choose the installation method that best fits their project.

Both flooring options feature the same beautiful Audrey Dawn wood-inspired appearance, but their construction and installation methods differ.

Why Choose Glue-Down Luxury Vinyl Flooring?

Glue-down luxury vinyl plank flooring is installed using flooring adhesive to secure each plank directly to a properly prepared subfloor.

This installation method offers several advantages, particularly for commercial and high-traffic applications.

Enhanced Stability: Because the planks are adhered to the subfloor, glue-down flooring helps minimize movement underfoot.

Ideal for Busy Spaces: Properly installed glue-down vinyl can be an excellent choice for locations that experience frequent foot traffic.

Low-Profile Construction: At just 2.5mm thick, Audrey Dawn Glue Down is an attractive option for projects where overall flooring height is an important consideration.

Long-Term Performance: When installed over an appropriately prepared subfloor using the recommended adhesive, glue-down luxury vinyl provides a dependable flooring solution.

For homeowners who prefer a floating-floor system, our original Audrey Dawn click-lock flooring remains an excellent option, featuring a convenient Uniclick locking system and attached antimicrobial padding.

More Wear Protection Without Paying More

At Giant Floor, we believe better flooring shouldn't automatically mean higher prices.

That's why we're offering the new Audrey Dawn Glue Down with a 20mil wear layer for the exact same $1.99 per square foot price as our original 12mil click-lock version.

No upgrade fee. No added cost per square foot. No price increase.

Whether you're renovating a single room, updating an investment property, or planning a larger commercial flooring project, Audrey Dawn Glue Down delivers exceptional value.

With its realistic wood-inspired design, durable wear layer, and secure installation method, it's an affordable flooring solution that doesn't compromise on appearance or everyday practicality.
